Event Managers create and manage events, assign vendors, send requests, upload event details, manage invitations, and coordinate services.

Vendors receive, review, accept, reject, or respond to event service requests and may update their availability.

Guests or Invitees receive invitation links, RSVP, view event details, or interact with digital invitation pages.

Admins or support users may access limited data only for support, troubleshooting, security, and compliance.
